Taking precautions

Lou was having a frustrating day on the phone with suppliers and the bank. He donned this helmet to protect the rest of us in case his head exploded. Luckily for everyone, it was unnecessary.

      The issue was that the bank claimed the supplier had been paid but the supplier claiming the charge had been rejected.

      Lou did an end-around on the situation and paid via PayPal. The item is on its way.
