Pollen, sawdust, cow farts?

I don't know what the prime sinus irritant is here in Redmond (I had to pause to sneeze while writing this sentence) but I've been sneezing my brains out since I got here. And I don't have brains to spare. My eyes have been watery, too. I'm down to my last tissue. Sigh.

  2. It will really help U to use sinus rinse ( over the counter ) it rinses your nose passages & sinuses to get rid of allergens, it's been prescribed by allergists & is very effective. Good luck, hope it helps U !

  3. I hate when I run out of tissues and have to decide if I have enough TP to use that.

  4. For me, the scotchbroom in the PNW was as bad or worse than ragweed. The sinus rinses can help -- they make expensive but effective little self-propelled misters that are easiest for travels or you can carry distilled water and use neti-pots or neti-bottles. If you are not driving nor operating power tools, my vote goes to good ol' Benedryl over all the new fancy meds.

    1. SINUS RINSE needs not to be expensive, U can make your own mixture of table salt ( without fluoride ) + baking soda & that will be similar to what you get on the pre-made packages...the proportion will be 1 teaspoon of salt + 3 teaspoons of baking soda in a 1/2 gallon of distilled water. Neti pots are MESSY, the mixture runs down your neck, the bottles are the best, you can controlled the flow. Benadryl is good for short-term use, but for @ long toll is not advisable, not only it will make U drowsy ( watch your driving ) that with time it it will no longer work, also anything you take into your body has side effects.
