Wait, am I in Canada?

English and French on the package, but no Spanish. Metric measurements given priority in the listings. This ain’t no US market package, yet I bought it in California. At least I think I’m still in the US. Maybe I’m not and it’s all a freaky side effect of radiation therapy.

UPDATE: Oh, wait, I just figured it out. Someone at Charmin got confused and shipped this TP to La Cañada, California, north of Pasadena.

  1. Proctor and Gamble makes Charmin and they do quite a bit of their production of various products in Canada. A very likely reason you are seeing it in metric with French but not Spanish. Lots of trees in Canada for making paper. What they do in Mexico where they also have plants is make a lot of soap and quite a bit of that uses coconut oils so it makes perfect sense, soaps and various oils in Mexico, paper products in Canada.

    1. For what it's worth, the package says it was made in the US with domestic and imported products.
