On the lam
There are certain hours, certain days, certain seasons, certain weather conditions, certain phases of the moon and alignment of the planets, certain filters, certain lenses, certain manipulations and certain skills that will produce amazing photos of Convict Lake. Instead, here's the best I could do this morning.

I love the Eastern Sierras! I was in Mammoth Lakes for June and July... it was wonderful. Be sure to check out the hot springs just south of the airport... there are several of them. Linda May is camphosting at Sherwin Creek Campground, btw. And Wayne Dietz is at the Minaret Falls Campground -- spectacular scenery on the drive down there. Sorry I missed you!
