My new debit card arrived yesterday and they’ve changed them since the last time I was issued one. The number isn’t embossed, just printed on the back. I guess the raised numbers are unnecessary these days since no one uses the old paper tickets anymore. I wonder what vision-impaired people think of the change.

  1. I did not know about the new style but I like it.

  2. What they think is that they are now suing the industry, not just for the cards but also for all the touch screen kiosk that prevent them from being able to make transactions. Of course they also have trouble in the USA with telling the paper currency amounts as in this country all the paper is all the same size printed on the same type of paper. Situation normal, not much is being done to help their situation despite years of request for more assistance with being independent.
