Gobble gobble

I was reading email when I heard the sound of a small animal outside the van. I turned and saw a turkey. Then another. And another. About a dozen in all. I grabbed the camera and managed to get some photos.

    I wonder if they know what's next month so are looking for a place to hide?

      I had a turkey sandwich the other day, so Thanksgiving isn't the only dangerous time for them.

    Dang, you got lucky! I've rarely been able to get a good photo of turkey. They just take off too quick.
