Yesterday found me at
Springy Point Campground, across Lake Pend Oreille from Sandpoint, Idaho. It's an Army Corps of Engineers campground that probably didn't have vacation homes all around it when it was first built. But there are enough trees to make you feel like you're more remote. Oh, and the best thing: showers.
